Re: New Soft Plastics!
Maybe someone should cast a soft plastic at pretty boy Bill cause he's definately on the take and NO we weren't beaten by a better side just by NSW rugby leaque and their CHEAT of a referee.

Re: New Soft Plastics!
Well....seems as though these frangers have created some interest!!!
As some of you may be aware, Bomber and I have a website that is full of info on how to fish em, photos, and other tid-bits for the passionate franger fisho and the just starting out franger fisho.
We do not sell direct anymore, we have opted to wholesale only. Ausfish sell em at the right pricing and if you are quick, the introductory pricing is a bargain!!!
Check out our site at:

Enjoy!!

Re: New Soft Plastics!
Having not used the shads before - wondering if there is a preferred way of rigging??
expose hook through the dorsal area?
expose through the belly??
Does it matter?
Is there a better method to minimise weed collection?
Any hints would be great - looking forward to playing with the little buggers on the weekend!
Thanks guys

Re: New Soft Plastics!
Captain Ausfish - picture looks like what i attempted to do - however getting the barb to come out at the right distance so that the rubber lays nice and straight is the challenge!
Rule 1 - do not attempt on small grubs after the tide has gone out of a few brown ales
Rule 2 - try not to explain to your wife what you are attempting to do
- i.e. grab your 3 inch grub slide a hook through it and hope that it still lays well.
For some reason she didn't want anything to do with me if i could'nt get it straight and well laid!!!
Thanks for the pics anyway!
