Thanks for your attendance and I sincerely hope you picked up a couple of tips and yes it was great to see legends like Rod Harrison and some of the top men and nice guys such as Fitzy, Brett finger, Paul Dolan put their support behind such nights hopefully if enough interest is shown we will do another on a different topic sometime after Xmas, once again thanks for your support.

A good topic for the next one would be hardbodied lures, they work way better than soft ones

Thanks Johno, glad you enjoyed it. Bomber and I always like these things. We`ve done quite a few now but never with all the toys like Data projectors and big screen video like the Uni provided.

Thanks again to Touchy(you mongrel making us dress up in that gown stuff), Peter and Andrew for organizing the night in the lecture theatre.

We will do it again soon for those who missed the night.

I think the finall number of attendees was around the thirty mark.

Hi Guys,

I too would like to give a big Thank You to both Randall and Bomber for the organisation and delivery of an excellent evening.

No matter how much experience you had or even if you wern't interested in softplastics, there were gems of wisdom to be learnt from the likes of Harro, Fitzy, Paul Dolan and The Big Fella, plus the down to earth approach by the hosts ensured an interesting and entertaining evening.

Only one small problem that I had with the evening was the image of The Big Fella in those pants
That will take a while to fade

If you wern't there you missed a great evening, so make sure you get to the next one.

To the guys , and gals, that couldn't make it on Friday night, you missed something special.

Be there at the next one.

I personally have been to numerous seminars that cover specific topics in the fishing " arena ".

Friday night was great, firstly due to the ......." Abott & Costello Show " and secondly to the quality of the presenters and their presentation.

Those guys are not paid professional talk circuit guru's, throwing around some spin doctor, wizz bang ideas to make you feel good. Those guys are genuine fisho's, not far removed from you and I, I guess they were mug fisho's at some stage in their life ???

Personally I took a great deal from the night. I gleened experience and knowledge, I gained in insight into the " Masters " world's, and more importantly found that these guys are approachable and talk the same language as you and I.

Although the numbers in attendance may not have met the expectation of the hosts, fear not, the word will spread. I have no doubt, the next effort will be at least double Fridays.

Even for an offshore salty fisho like meself, I would have stayed til midnight ( shoot, it nearly was ), listening to the guys out the front. It's a new world, and I'd like to be a part of it.

Tahnks guys from Freddo and nyself what a a excellent presentation. A very special thankyou for the rod and reel won by Ryan, that almost woke him up. Hey Randall, Freddo even asked me when we were going to go freshwater and try some softies...now I'll have to do it. Now remember guys watch that moon.

yeah must say had a good night, saw some interesting stuff, met some interesting folk, beer was nice and cold but missed the pizza.
Webby mate you must brush up on the navigation skills, I think we drove around in circles twice, may need to bring the GPS next time .
