long time no chat. the busiest/craziest six months of my life is now succesfully negotiated and i have a lot of fishing to catch up on. now ive got my posting and i know i am going to stay in brissy for a while im gonna go out and buy a tinny. what i would like to know and i am sure it may benefit others, is what is the general concensus on fishing clubs in/around brissy. are they any good, who is a member of what club etc.
Peeved that i missed the last couple of meet and greets, still trying to get over the jumpinpin session. that green ginger wine packs a punch.

Mate have a look at Brisbane Vally Anglers, they are an ANSA club who hold there monthly meeting at Jinderlee golf club. They are right into the stocking of the Brisbane river and dams that are part of it, but also get out into the salt as well. I was pointed in their direction when my missus was posted down there in1990. The contact person is Joe Legrady on 07 3376 2560 (this info off of another web site) Anyway good luck with your search and if you look like getting up to Darwin let me know through this site and I will take you out for a fish.
