My old man owns a legal registered swing mooring at Pt. O'Halloran.
He has recieved letters from the government informing him that if he does not have a boat moored on the mooring or even if there is no boat registration No. on it , it will be removed.
He has spoken to numerous people in the department about this letter and all have told him different variations on this ruling.
What I am after is a web site link or some physical text on what the new rulings are .....
Either that or Does some one wanna buy a mooring ????
