    catfish as crab bait

    hi all
    any 1 got any ideas on the good old brissy river catfish as crab bait

    Ive taken the (generals) down to the gold coast and not had much luck with them, perhaps in the brissie river they would be ok ???

    i got some crabs in the brissy river today using a massive head of a catfish that we found washed up on the bank all crans were undersize

    yeah i had 5 under size the other day but 1 keep er u know how high up the river they come

    Ive caught them regularly around the 17mile rocks reach, havn't tried further up ???
