The weather should up-date to the latest every time you look at it.
Sometimes it gets loaded in your computer's cache and you see that rather than the newest info.
The way to get around that is to hold down the ALT key and click your mouse on the refresh button at the top of Internet Explorer.
(Little oblong box to the left of the home button).
