    Recommendations For Rod Repairs

    G'day,

My 6'6 foot silstar spinning rod had its solid fiberglass tip snapped off in a ute hatch # and i was wondering who are your choices for a quality fixer of rods on brisbanes south side. Who do you recommend and how strong would the rod be when it's repaired? Do you think it is worth it. I was thinking Captain Blighs!

If the whole solid tip is broken off I wouldnt recomend bothering with the repair. A repair on that part of the rod because of the flex will never bring the rods action back to what it was and would probably not be anywhere near strong enough anyway. If I where you Id be asking santa for a newy.

    Thanks for your replies.

I'll probably go and get a few quotes and views if it's worth getting repaired. [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]
