Hi Cooky, not real sure whether I'll go to Cairns or not. I usually go there to see relos during the uni holidays but I'm contemplating staying through to next year this time around. Really undecided at this point in time

HA HA HA i got the best life of ya all doctors pensioned me of years ago so i can go fishin when ever i like only one problem at the moment ( bl**dy boats in storage still and hope to get it in 2 weeks ) after that little bit of work and then LOOK OUT WATER HERE I COME OH neaqrly forgot found a name for the old girl pretty original to considering the amount of hassles you hear about on the roads ( road rage ) that is so i called mine BAYRAGE hmmm original hey ?

Tannum Sands..........I prefer solo fishing except when I have to take the family. Can be found fishing all over Gladstone area. 9 day fortnights are a wonderful thing.

Just north of Whitsundays. Nice unpopulated area. A heep better fishing then the old local stomping ground in the Pine River.

IM IN HIROSHIMA JAPAN. Fishings fair but considering the population 126 million on a small land mass,it gets quit competitive.In comparison to Australias 26 million people I cant wait to get home. They catch all the same fish over here as in brissy, Bream Whiting Flathaed snapper Gar Squid Slimeys pike and yakkas .....although we use yakkas pike and slimeys for bait they are pretty much the main course wherever you go!

I live in Waterford south of Brisbane.
Most of my fishing is done local at Jacobs Well or the Jumpinpin area. I will soon be trying a few different areas including Peel, Green and Mud islands.
