The price of bloody lobster in the UK, he probably thought it was worth the risk. I can just imagine a monty python sketch if the manager had pressed charges.......Exhibit 1 yer 'onour a lobster clutching a bollock........exhibit 2.......will the defendant please drop his strides :-)

hmmmmm...........got me thinking about a fair punishment option for crab poachers!!!!! If they love our pots/ crabs so much - maybe get a 'wee-bit' closer (excuse the pun!)

In the Middle East they cut a thieves right hand off (eat with your right... wipe bum with left!) I think a mud crab down the shorts is a reasonable punishment for pot thieves!! [smiley=rifle.gif]
