    Hey Dicer.

    My wife is Dutch and when she saw your little herrring eating movie she was drooling with envy. Personally, I'm not a lover of them, Makreel, Paling or Bokking, but she loves them and reckons she would kill for a feed of them. I must say though i do like Kibbeling.

    Hoi Bluedog...

    It's mackerel or Herring for me. I do liking Paling but it's rather expensive and small compared to the german variety. I take the kibbeling on a cold winters day. There is also smoked strips of curly belly meat that I occasionally get, they are rather tasty but the I forget the name at the momment. I just had some on the weekend in Delft. My missus rather likes them - she's german and goes for the mussels, smoked eel and trout.

    I guess your in Australia at the momment and have been over here a few times?
