    thank you all for your replies to weekend.
    I took my wife fishing at raby bay sunday morning for a while caught 8 fish all up. mostly perch couple bream and a winter whiting. I threw a lot of perch back to small the ones I kept were of a reasonable size. is there a size limit on perch

    Mate, good idea to have a look at fishing regulations that can be found by link from this site. Better idea to print a copy and chuck it in the tackle box. Heres the link

    they have spots on the sides i have allways called them moses perch
