A mate of mine Ian Banks is putting on a video night showing underwater footage of the Seaway, Tweed Nine Mile, Narrowneck and other areas around the Gold Coast.

Dave, that sounds like a great night but unfortunatley we poor Mexicans wont be able to get there!
How about putting the video on DVD and selling copies through this site.
I would love to see it as occassionally I get the privilege to fish that area.

I think Ian has some stuff on DVD - more for promotional reasons than for sale.

Just an update - a representative of the GC Council will be discussing the artificial reef proposal (mentioned elsewhere on Ausfish) on the night.
I will do my best to be there but have Boat Show commitments that may conflict with the time slot.
Wasn't a bad night. Some excellent footage of the pipeline in the seway as wellas the Narrowneck reef, 9Mile & the scottish prince. Also a bit of talk about the proposed artificial reef..... more info in that post.
