Re: Who did it?
I bet your Dad was angry what a terrible thing to do.
Someone through eggs at my car years ago and I was so angry about that as well.
The word for that type of act is called vandalism.

Re: Who did it?
Heard from a mate last night that two youths were enjoying themselves throwing eggs at passing vehicles on (I think) Wynnum Rd earlier in the week. Their enjoyment came to a grinding halt when they threw eggs at an undercover police car. Both were apprently fined $250.

Hey Kingtin, good idea. Just keep your ideas to yourself and administer justice as how you see it. Don't tell anybody what you have in mind.
Hang in there. Justice might come your way.

Re: Who did it?
What pissses me off more is that the kids have this urban legend that eggs can't be removed and burns paintwork and the like. "Egging" is all the rage atm (the kids tell me) because of this notion and kids are talking about it at school as if it's just another fad like Pokemon cards or something. If that's the case, then it isn't simply a "harmless prank", the kids are doing it knowing full well (misguidedly) that it causes permanent damage.

Re: Who did it?
Trouble is it is eggs this week why they have some but what happens when they have none and are just walking past and feel like a thrill that is when things can be real damaging. Kids get board quickly and everything becomes a game.
Hope you get these missguided persons sooner than later.
A word of warning you may catch them in the act, red handed. ALL kids these days are steet wise and know you can NOT touch them or they will charge you. And this is JUSTICE !!!!!!!! > Just tread VERY VERY carefully and Kev I know you understand more than anyone THEM DA RULES.

Best way to deter these people is to leave a couple of empty shotgun shells around your boat, these work great in the car and really deter thieves

Re: Who did it?
Very interesting post.
I had the place where my boat sits at the side of the house egged last wednesday night at around 11.00 by three girls.
The boat was at the upholsterers that night only. Lucky for me.
They could have been the same girls that egged a place 5 doors up a couple of weeks ago even though they were caught by the occupant who gave chase, ran them down on foot and recognised one of them. Police were called to the scene and the rest is unknown to me. There was no boat there for them to target.
I might suggest that the boats are not the target just wilful damage on a random basis.
Anyway I reported it to the police and as far as I know nothing has come of it.
I hope no one has any permanent damage from these thugs and ratbags.

Re: Who did it?
I've had my car egged twice and it still shows some scars of it. I have no sympathy for those who do it and if you catch them you should dish out all they deserve.
