whales and dolphins put on great show

hi guys
well what a day seen about 100 dolphin all jumping around the boat what a show and then to top it off some whales start to jump next to the boat they got it all on video.now to the fishing no wind no current no fish try from 10fm to 55fms then the wind came about 11.30 from 0 to 30kts from ne then west 30kts ended up with 10 fish but the poeple were happy about the whales. and dolphin they were that close that one guy touch one best i have see in years.

I remember sailing/motoring across through the Bass Straight oil rigs towards Gabo a few years ago in absolute glassy seas with a slight swell and being escorted by hundreds of dolphins frollicking around the boat.
Some where around home I have some of it on video. Wished I could transfer it to the computer. I probably could but the learning curve would make my brain explode.

i was in the cabin but my bloodly camera wouldnt work but it was great to see so many. it would have been about one mile round.i going to get a new camera but dont know what one any help.

I was hand feeding and patting a couple of dolphins up off bribie the other week .......got some photo's on my mobile , yet to get them downloaded ...was a pretty cool experience , they came right up to the boat and played around for an hour whilst i was whiting fishing .

Plenty of whales round too ....had 4 ( 2 adults / 2 calfs ) swimming around us off Bribie on Sunday too ...a couple of full breacjes and tail flaps ...always a humbling experience ...don't think i can ever get bored of it

Hello when I asked where were you I didn't mean if you were in the cabin or for that matter if you were sitting on the bog!
I meant what hemisphere, ocean, sea or part of this broad country this happened in.
