Even got a mention in today's Sydney papers - as the oldest wreck ever found [smiley=2thumbsup.gif] [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]
Yes it did and we are trying to correct a certain reporters gross misrepresentation of what was actually told to him. > > >Originally Posted by gunna
How it got from an old 1860-1880 wreck to the oldest wreck discovered in australia is a quantum leep i'm struggling to fathom.

Alcohol doesn't agree with me, but i sure do enjoy the argument!!!
dam missed it looking forward to some pics
Here's the pics.
The light is much better down there than appears in the pics , the darkness is the result of flash photography. If any one has marks for a wreck that they would like pics of please get in contact with me. All marks are confidential and will go no further.
Cheers Ian
Ps. up to 100m deep, any deeper is just gets a little to difficult but it can be done

I swear I've got no idea how you swim with all of that shit on you..
Water vis looks great
That's probably why i own a scooter. It's really not all that bad once your in the water although the current can really knock you about. Before you get in the water is a different mater that rig of mine weighs just over 70kgs and standing around with that on your back is very exausting, as crazy as i sounds getting into the water strapped into a 70kg diving rig is such a relief.Originally Posted by bugman
