Whats going on around here
First there were White Pointers caught in our lake system that is that dirty you wouldnt wash your clothes in it.
Three weeks later a shark (identified as Reef Tip) looked more like Mako run aground in the lakes and had to be rescued.
Now we catch pearlies, yes good size pearl perch out of Terrigal.
The current has just started draining down hill so it might be a Nemo thingy.
Any answers
Did you see the weekend report about the number of great whites being caught off Stockton ?? Glad I don't surf there [smiley=anxious.gif] [smiley=anxious.gif]

I have read some crazy stories in my life but paddling through whites to drop your baits and then play out the shark off your bull bar mounted seat defies all reason.
We will read more about these guys,( front page news when they get bitten )or some other poor surfer gets followed waiting for the bait to be dropped.
There has always been big sharks in Stockton Bight following the prawn boats but I thought they were tigers and whalers not whites.
If the reporter hadnt said he been there with the two guys and seen it happen I probably wouldnt have believed anybody could be that silly.
We have lots of whales and very big schools of salmon moving down the coast at the moment. The sharks will probably follow.
