There are going to be more and more and more boats owned and registered every year, so if you care about our fishing environment, it doesn't matter what size boat you have, the problem could be solved with one simple piece of legislation

otherwise the increasing density of traffic at open speeds will result in more accidents and being near impossible to fish on weekends.
