busy doing my skippers and have come across this big term, suggesting not to go out in inclement weather.

Often we will go out in light rain and get good fish ?? Not too far mind ya

good answer Lone Wolf , have 1400 sheep to get crutched and inclement weather everyday so far, good for grass, worst part is i cant take time off to go fishing dash it all as i nice cod would go down well.
i would call inclement weather, where conditions are likely to change rather quickly, as in fine and sunny to showers or storms.

I spose thats about the simplest explanation.

The theory behind the skipper's ticket is that it is trying to make a point and teach about safety. If you have to question it at the boat ramp - then I guess the lesson has been taught.
