    Cant find my feet.

Its hard as it is moving to a new place where you dont know the water ways, But all this bad weather is making it imposable.
If i find a good place the chance is its not going to be like that the next week.
Is it just me or is anyone else finding it hard fishing at the moment?
It dont help that im on land

    Thanks Rik

I think we all find it like that rik. I took me 12 mths to sort out a new spot, and that was going out once a week. Its just time on the water, theres no shortcuts, unless you can hook up with a local who will help.

I went to one of my fav spots last night and caught nothing. I reckon its just coz we had a week of rain, and it will settle down again in a few days. Who knows? Thats fishing.

    Hey Rick,

if fishing was easy we probaly wouldn't love it as much as we do

when it rains i usually stay away from the upper reaches and concentrate on areas closer to the sea. the water just seems to be too dirty and the fishing alot less productive in the creeks.

oh the seaway can fish well a week or two after the rain

just my opinion, correct me if im wrong
