    Re: Fish Smelling Hands

i was given some product to test (anti fish hands)whilst in newzealand earlier this year from the fishing essentials stable , have found it to be incredible for gettin rid of "bait hands" and the best thing is there is no smell of bleach, dettol, lemon , orange or toothpaste left on ya mits, it just leaves them with no smell at all .

love the smell, but if you don't ,wash hands normally and then wash/rub vinegar over them. also gets rid of smell in clothes if you put some in the wash. i always have vinegar on boat for stingers(live in far north).

    Re: Fish Smelling Hands

The answer is lemon juice, the juice breaks down the proteins in the fish oil which then can be rinsed off with water, soap cannot break down these proteins therefore you end up with bait hands.

    What the...
If I use all the cat crap on my hands, what am I going to roll up and smoke.

The Pinkpanther recommends conc bleach. I suspect he has been drinking to much of the stuff.
