There was one at Wynnum marine, just drove passed so i dont have much info but it did not have a motor and it did say Jaguar just below the windscreen. Next sunday i will check it out some more if you want.

I saw a big white Tri Hull boat on the back of a truck on Mains Rd, Macgregor this morning. As I was travelling in the opposite direction, I didn't get a good look, but it was sitting stationary on the city bound side of the road and a police car with flashing lights was present as well as a white 4WD on the median strip and a few people standing around. Its probably nothing but you never know.

I have only just read your posting to say the boat has not been found.

I took the liberty to post a pic of the boat on a caravanners forum, as we have members travelling to all parts of the country, requesting they contact your friend via phone if they see the boat in their travels.

There was a hydrofield Awesome 5 with 135hp merc for sale at john crawford marine, tingalpa a few months back. Not sure if this is any help?
