Re: Temple folk flyrods
had a cast of one about a month of so back with a rio clouser taper running over it and was pritty impressed. Very nice action and not to heavy. The finish on the them is simple but apealing. For there price point there isnt too many other rods that would top them.
quinny has a few now (dont know about the TI CR's) so hopefully he will chip in too.
cheers, Justin

Re: Temple folk flyrods
I better take that last post off, sounds a bit dodgy, the floging my rods get to and from fishing spots and in there day to day life (not on enought fish unfurtunatlly) makes breakages fairly hard to judje on the real cause. The TiCrs are great casting rods(power +), Ive only cast the #10 (for hours upon hours, day after day up at Awoonga,it was sweet the whole time but no fish) but the #12 is great to pull fish in wiff.Like Justin said, very nice, great for the $, Theres alot worse rods for more $. And if it does break it takes about 7 days to get it back. MQ

Re: Temple folk flyrods
TFO rods are the best value for money on the planet. If you want a very light, 4.5 ounces, hunky 4 piece stick try the IM6 12#. It casts like a rcket, feels like a 9# and has a heap of butt grunt. But for class try the 10' 9#. It's more 10# that 9# but it is a real stick and casts a bit further than standard 9 footers. But the quality is top class, the price is rock bottom and it's a 100% guarantee. Cheers Max
