Bream flies and berley

I've jsut purchased a new fly rod and was thinking about targeting bream with it. I had the idea of possibly berleying them up with floating bread, and then casting a white floating fly of some type in amongst the bread and hoping one would nail it. Any suggestions on the leader and type of fly, or any other ideas would be apreciated.

Well....since you are burling with bread and they enjoy it, then how about using a bread fly?

I know its a long shot but still...

If you want several patterns (some i am yet t find out if they *really* work...) then emial me.
