Reel Issues ....

Hey fellas,
Im having problems with my Lamson Velocity. Funny enough, I put up a post only a month ago asking about the likely hood of the pop spool system ever causing a problem by falling off or getting jammed. As my luck would have it, the latter has happened. Im having serious problems getting the spools off the reel. How the hell do I fix it? Does it need lubricant or what? Please help, Im really frustrated. The reel is only 9 months old and its a bloody inconvenience when youre fishin and can't change spools!!!!!!!!!!!

Mate Ive heared of a few probs with the Lamies, but Lamison/waterworks is 1 of those caring companies that will fix it straight away (have to get it to them but). Most reel companies will go out of the way to fix anything that goes wrong, with minimum of fuss. #MQ
