I am being stupid here, but it is the end of the working week.

The weather forecast shows 35 knot winds for the whole weekend after a week where barely a breeze blew. >


My point is, just found another website with some basic information on selecting salt water flyfishing gear. It would appear to be good solid advice, although some of the species are foreign.

Mate, boat is going great. Even had a chance to throw some feathers at some unseasonal bonitos two weeks back before this dastardly wind blew in.
No luck on the footballs unfortunately, maybe I should try one of these DK Goldies

Wind is still howling unfortunately, daytime temp is in the mid forties and it looks like we are in for a long and hot summer again.

Just goes to show what an excellent advertising tool ausfish is. There you are in Qatar, typing up some useless drivvel on a the last day of the week probably to kill off some time before you crack a frosty, and more than 200 people have read about it in another continent.
