Big browns chasing sea trout
I have going down fishing at 9 pm to about 1 am every night chasing sea trout have not got one yet but have caught a couple of nice size river browns on sea trout flys the silver butcher mainly . I found that it is the best time to fish I cant go down tonight due to the fact that I am travelling away tommorow. I only fish two flys at night ( less chance of knots) Usualy the silver butcher on the tip and a glassy nos on the back. I have been letting fly drift with current as well as pulling them back through still water. Bothe methods have produced nice size trout all 1 to 2 pound which is a huge improvement to what size I was catching but it is not sea trout so I was wondering has anyone chased them before and some help would be much appreciated.
cheers lock
