Spring time Bass

This is my first post so hey all
I went out on the local puddle with Tiges (the lake mac guru), the other day did well on the locals pinned 17 but boated 13 ,got absolutly smashed by some massive fish who knew were home was. I was using a Loomis #7 glx and felt a little under gunned by some I guess there could be some cod under those schools but then again it would be strange for a cod to even move for a Vampire.
My Mate tiges was using jackalls and beetlespins and got two in the boat and dropped 2 I say this not bragging but Tiges is the Gun and to come up that good against conventional gear is all worth it. they were all around the wall the top end of the dam is dead
