Dates have been set for this year's Barra fingerling release. We will need
as many boats as possible, particularly from Ayr, in order to carry around
70 boxes on each trip

Saturday 15th October 22,000 barra 50-60mm size

Saturday 12th November 22,000 barra 50-60mm size

Pickup is 8am from the Bus Shelter at Edward Street Ayr. We hope to arrive
at the public boat ramp around 11.30am

Clare Amatuer Anglers will have a sausage sizzle at the ramp, to raise funds
for fingerlings

Members are welcome to camp overnight, at the Sunwater Caravan Park. There
should be good barra now, particularly in the creeks, rock bars and rock
ledges
