I was told that after the lowrance sounders factory got shifted to mexico to cash in on cheep labor the return rate is upto 85% in some models.
Can anyone confirm this to be so.
I'm nervous about shelling out good money if they're all lemons.

I'm not sure where there made but all I know is that from my own and several other friends is that they are excellent when they go but the service and reliability is not very good.
