    Brad,

    Have a look at the Fisher boats. I've got an old 5.5m Center Console. The newer hulls and center cabins are worth a look. Deeper V(23 degree), water ballast and built like a tank(no need to pamper them) at Bribie Island.

    The Noble(formerly Pacific Sportfish) plate boats look good, but bit more expensive than Fishers.
