Polycraft Frontrunner
i'm interested in the polycraft frontrunner, and i was wondering if anyone has one and if you could attach some photos of them, if you could show the way that you have them set up, it would be great, includeing what you have done for rod storeage.

Use the search facility and you will find a swag of info on the tupperware tinnies
You can have a bit of a Peek at Mine Here
I haven't yet sorted the rod storage thing, but am working on it

That works a treat in the 4.1, but just won't work in 4.55 F/Runner.
At least not without leaving out the left hand console, and seat

Re: Polycraft Frontrunner
i was looking at getting the 70lt fuel tank, that goes under the floor, wouldn't it go between the seats?
if it does you would you still be able to put the rod locker in there, or could i get the fuel tank moved to one side?

Re: Polycraft Frontrunner
it would be under the floor so as long as you made the rod locker so it could be removed to access the bolf to the floor then i couldn't see a problem
and after all how often would you be accessing the fule tank???
have a filler cap elsewhere to fill up via and you would be going under the floor to the tank once in a blue moon

The 70 lt tank does go under the floor between the seats, no you can't move it to 1 side, it takes up all the space.
A rod locker between the seats, not sure will have to look and think

Hi,
if you intend to fit a full frount cast deck, it would be possiable to put in a rod locker.
are you thinkg, center console / side consele/ single side console ?

I think Brenno is looking at the 4.55 Front Runner, which is not as easy as far as a rod locker.
I know, i have been agonising over it for the last month.
Maybe a flat locker up the middle, but it would have to strong enough to be stood on, and would creat a tripping hazard.
I have heard about 1 that had the passengers console left off, then had a locker put along the side with a "side seat", [sit looking at the driver]. That would be an option, but then not as comfy for the passenger. (read wife) as it is a "family boat after all"
Cheers and a Good easter to all
I am heading to Woodgate for the day

Re: Polycraft Frontrunner
Basserman sorry but could you stick up a couple of photos for and aft of your rod locker. And what length can you get in? I'm a dealer in WA and this is my biggest bug bear to date.
Thanks

Re: Polycraft Frontrunner
Rod,
contact Steve and brad @ polycraft,i think thay have some pic's of fitted rod storage.
it would be easy to fit a full length rod locker into a 4.55 if you are planing to fit a full length frount cast deck.
a matter of fitting bulkheads up the centre of the decking is all.
a rear side consloe would be easyer enough as well doing the same thing.
the boys at the factory are constantly contacted by floks in regards to fitting out hulls with custom decking ect..
but due to the nature of the lenght of the fit-out process it would be a time consumeing costly exercise for the customer.
