seating woes

The missus now comes on more and more trips with me - says she is trying to get into the grey nomad swing - and as she is co owner I guess I have to go along with her wishes. She wants me to convert the pedestal seats into the type that sit atop sinks and stoves etc. Anyone know of who specialises in these types of seating arrangements. I know you can get them from the boat manufacturers but I was looking to inputing some of my own ideas and not relying on stock standard arrangements.
