The long & short of it all

Hi all, I've just picked up a 3.7mt Savage Snipe Mk2.

Can anyboby tell me if it will take a short or long shaft outboard?

I'm thinking 15 - 25hp.

Also any opinions of this hull.

measure the hieght of the transon
20' long shaft
16" short shaft
these are only approxamate measurements and could be + or - an inch
hp sounds about right

yep what blaze said. Just one thing worth thinking about though. Most 20 HP motors weight the same as the 25 so if you're thinking of going bigger than a 15, go all the way for the extra gg's of a 25.
