Hi Guys,
We have just bought a new SEA JAY, and put a 150hp 4 stroke on the back, having a problem with getting the right prop!!! did have a 14.8 X 17 but lacked the power the and top end speed the dealer told us we would get, could get 6000rpm plus, dealer then sent us a 14.8 X 19, heaps more grunt but lacking the top end and can only get 5500rpm.
Have spoken to a Prop Shop, they reckon I need to lift my motor a notch!!! Don't reckon they are right!! Any Ideas???? Thought I might try an 18 degree pitch!!!
