damaged prop

At what point can't a damaged prop not be repaired, I will post some pictures of mine. I am in the process of buying on from an ausfisher at the moment but thought I might keep this one as a spare.

they will cut off the blades at about the half way mark, weld on some new ones and balance. I have done one for myself about that bad or a little worse. Only any good for a spare prop after a repair that extensive.

me here, mate i have had alot to do with this stuff, from many past experiances send to australian prop repairs at gold coast, there good and reliable, but only in my experiance.... it is to far gone for a professional repair, the blade will become to fragile if impacetd again, that brings a alternative, as it will be only a spare prop jeffers motorsport at mango hill qld perform prop repairs that others may not, worth a try and a great bloke to deal with. quotes for around $80 are accurate.

I did similar damage to my prop, went and got a brand new stainless steel solas from the dealer in Newcaslte for $300. Say no more, is so much better, made a HUGE difference to the performace of my boat. Old one is now a spare, still pushs the boat along, not really worth repairing (been done before)

I did similar with my poor old prop. I felt pretty bad about bending it but it wasn't a problem.
I sent it to Solas and they repaired it for around $80. Very professional.
I now have a four blade stainless steel prop I bought off an Ausfisher and the old repaired one is now a spare.
The four blade prop is a bit slower at top noise (a 2 stroke term ) but is excellent for low speed sea work
