Here is a project of mine old bertram i bought for $500 been working on it for over 12 months complet rebuild new ribs treated pine new floor raised the transom put pod on. thank god for next door neighbour who talked me out of the inboard much more room. sanded all old gelcoat off top resprayed new gelcoat on with a low pressure gun thining with styrene monomer 3 coats .dryed a bit porous no shine so then over that sprayed flowcoat gloss 2 coats came up like new. built centre console out of ply coated that in glass weaved cloth on top 2 layers cut back with wet and dry to obtain a smooth finish then spayed that same way cut that back with 1500 wet and dry then cut and polish . built cupboard at back of transom for live bait tank below baitboard and battries all out of ply and glass. centre console top ply and glass. pics of just starting and nearly finished project. will post one pic now till i work out how to post more than one
