    It looks like its hydraulic then. I believe it has to be factory fitted in the polycraft before they fill it with foam

    My election to run hydraulic steer was indicated to the factorywell before purchase and I do think there were some items done to the hull at the factory to allow its install. The actual fitment of the Baystar hydraulic steer was done at the dealer - Martin Marine Pialba. I do know TonyM purchased his 5.3 bowrider from the same place I did and he went with cable steer and at last communication wa slooking at re fitting it with hydraulic..... I would assume he would know the details in regards to if it can be done after leaving the factory.
    I do know that if you want seat cushions fitted they have to be done prior to filling with foam at the factory and if you decide you dont want them once its filled it stays that way - no cushions for you!
