Can't be sure but It looks a little like the cabin section off a cruise craft outsider of some description...certainly doesn't look good

Yes it's a Fibresaur, a fossilized Outsidertops from the Cruisassic Period. These boats used to rule the world but died out with the coming of the plateys.
