    Centre Console Options

    G'Day All

I am rebuilding an old Oceaneer 17 and am just about to start on a centre console. I am not sure which way to go. I can build a ply one and glass it or go to the trouble of building a mold and fabricating one (heaps of work for a one off).
Does any body know where you can get prefabricated glass consoles? I have seen a Sydney mob (boatbox) and was wondering if there are any in this neck of the woods. It would save a fair bit of work if I can get one at the right price.

    Cheers

pretty sure you will be able to buy a prefab console from galeforce or other similar mobs. Good luck with the mods/rebuild.

Thanks for the ideas fellas. I will try Gale to see what they can do. I'm not real happy putting alloy on a glass boat. For some strange reason a timber frame seems OK to me but not the alloy
