If your using Ally plate then Stainless steel screws, or bolts with nylon lock nuts be better, to mount it.
Then your going to have a corosion problem.
It will be that white salty looking stuff thats hard to get off.
Best use Stainless all round.
is there any problem with fixing aluminium plate onto fibreglass.
im putting a baitboard on and im using ali plate as mounting material
just thought there might be a corosion problem .

but ill be using stainless bolts to secure the base plate
