    Teemburra Sooty

As much as I like to get amoungst the Barra, these things sure pull the kinks out of a fly line At 45cm it felt more like a 75cm Barra without the surface work

    Great fish Neil.
Gotta love them little black tanks for pulling power.

Damn nice, i caught my biggest today which was 37cm in the south johnstone river. Very nice fight with 2-3 kilo tackle, especially when against some pretty strong rapids.

If the Barron gets a bit of run in in as it goes into Tinaroo, have a crack around there. A mate of mine caught one there around 4 kilo and there were plenty more. Geez they're huge in the dam. Nice fish!!

Like everyone else we're praying for rain that would put a fresh through the Pioneer River. Sooties from tiddlers to Oh my God hit anything that moves in the rapids, great fun
