    Somerset Bass 56cm

    The bass was 56 cm overall length. My wife caught it on a green Hotlips.

    Thanks el carpo. It's a pity I didn't hold her square-on to the camera, but she wasn't out of the water for long and I have to admit the measuring was a bit of a rushed job. I got a face-full of water when she swam off, and loved it. I wish some of those fish caught for the TV cameras were released as quickly....

    Picture looks fine to me. I'm glad to hear you get them back in the water fast too. You're right about some of those television guys. They hold those poor fish out so long sometimes, I find myself yelling, "O.K. genius, put it back already. We know you caught it!"
