Glenlyon and Pindari Dam

Fished both locations over the last few days.

Glenlyon has an inflow at present plenty of fish on the sounder however few interested in bait or lures. Best result 5Kg Yella, 3Kg Silva.

Pindari has an inflow, only fished the lower reaches back from the wall. Bulk echos on the sounder however no interest expressed in lures or bait once the sunlite hit the water and the BLUE- GREEN became active. Managed a nice legal length cod while water clarity was as it should be.


Think I would rate Pindari as the superior fishery.

Have not fished Pindari.... so have no clue on that pond.
Glenlyon on the other hand.... i have put in a few thousand hrs there... It can be very hard fishing at times... Its not out of the question to boat 20 or 30 Yellas there in a day on lures though .... if you can find them that is and there on the prod ? And the Cod are the same.... good numbers on a good day if ya target them.
