Nice Tweed bass pics

Went for a fish out in the tweed valley for something different. I rigged some lightly weighted flickbaits on the bream gear and went for a little wonder along the bank. I have only ever been bass fishing a few times so i was impressed with the results.. The biggest one went 54cm, i snuck up on a nice looking snag only to see this guy swimming on the surface with another slightly smaller fish. i put a cast about 2 metres past them and hopped it through the top of the water and bang! Exciting stuff!

How far up the Tweed are you travelling?
I went chasing Australian Perch in the Bellinger River out the back of Coffs Harbour recently. I was surprised at the size of the fish considering they are wild and not impoundment fish!
54cm is a great fish from the river! Top stuff!
