to the doubting thomas, our barra rule only went to 1200 we tied two knots in the tackle back ,measured when we arrived home. to prove length the boat is a 3,7 tracker, inside measures 1'4m. take a measurement of the fish in the sitting down photo and move across .we dont own a brag mat but we will after this catch .last trip we pulled in a 1.2 caught 5 in 2 days .

Well done on the release as well, a lot of anglers will be trying to emanulate your catch.

Nice to think that she is still swimming around.

We spent 5 days from the 2nd of December Trolling, casting, jigging and anything else we could do. Did 190km's in the boat going from the top to the bottom of the dam at all hours and only managed 1 90cm barra at 4.30am one night after spending all night, every night out there. Won't be rushing back there! cheers, steve.

    Hi Dave

Great Fish the night are long but the reward is worth every minuite , I don't see anything like your monster in the waters up here but the reef makes up for that
