your best bet would be to watch others who are catching fish and copy what they do. If there is no-body catching anything, then try somewhere else.
"The underlying spirit of angling is that the skill of the angler is pitted against the instinct and strength of the fish and the latter is entitled to an even chance for it's life."

Fish with as lighter lines as you can, (ensuring the drag is set right.) Use hooks to match the size of the BAIT you are using, and ALWAYS use fresh bait, use whatever the fish in that area eat crabs, worms fish etc. Also, the lighter the sinker the better, as long as you can keep your bait at the right depth, small sinker is good no sinker is better! It doesnt matter if you have no sinker and your line is a LITTLE slack, a decent fish will soon take the slack out, Another really good bait in estuarys here is fresh sandwich sliced bread prefferably from a baker. You break the crusts off and break the bread down the centre, wrap the bread around the hook and squeeze it into a cigar shaped piece, sqeeze it really tight and it wont fall off the hook. Use burley, Get some old bread and mix it intoa bucket with a little water mix it all into a paste and throw out small hanfuls every 15mins or so.

Thanx for the help.Wanna ask one more question concerning burley that, if u'll throw the food into the water for fish to eat then why it'll bite your bait?. I know that guys here have great experience of fishing but burley is'nt a logical thing for me.

The trick is to put enough burley in the water to attract the fish to where you are fishing but not enough to make them full, in time a school will come then they have to compete for the food and they get aggressive. good luck mate!

You will have to let us know how you get on. What fish do they catch there? I fished on the weekend with burley, when I first arrived there I didnt get a bite for 20mins, after burleying for 20mins they wouldn't stop biting!!
