Can't help you there, but would you believe that the Channel is covered by 2, yes 2, AUS charts. at around $20 plus each.
There is a map & chart shop at Alderly, Brisvegas that'll sell them to ya !

Go the AUS charts snoz - invaluable. I still use mine each trip up there, trying to scope out the creeks we haven't fished.

You could also try the tourism place in Ingham or whereever you plan to stay around Hinchinbrook as most have a guide called 'Marine Wonders of Hinchinbrook'. It has an excellent map that folds up and is easier to carry in your tackle box. Comes at the right price to.
