    Mainly I use 24kg bionic, nice and supple on the fingers compared to say fireline, both are good.

    The deeper reefs fish a bit better in Winter off the coast. Out of southport there are some good patches of reef that produce Squire etc A livey is a good option for XOS Cobia at this time of year. Out wider on the 50's YTK & Pearlies can be found.
