Try Wellington Point Reef just on Day break....5 metre drop off...plenty of burley...no noise....use squid, mullet flesh or WA pillies and as the suggested in the previous post try around any of the bay islands.
The smaller fish will be there during daylight hours so you must get to these reefs before the sun comes up to get the better quality fish.....patience is the key so stay put in one location....snappery squire are very shy in the shallow water!!!!!!good luck

Theres also a few wrecks/dump army equip between mud and morten.
The north/western & eastern & southern side of mud
Hole in the wall mud
The trench off the eastern side of green
hanlons light to strady workng the drop offs
The hole n/w hanlons
Nth of harrys up to sharks spit
Cotton reach rous
Myora to the 1 mile
Goat Is
Potts point
coochie
That'll get you started
