Is there a ban on trolling flat rock

Well g'day and i hope this isn't true but i heard that there is going to be a ban on trolling the flat rock area ???

The Pro-Fisherman from Straddie are contacting the 'Boating and Fisheries Patrol' whenever anybody fishes that area.

My understanding is that pro fishermen can get a special licence to troll the west side of Flat Rock for spaniards.
The rest of us plebians are out.
You'd reckon that if the department is so worried about GNS being caught in that area, no one would be allowed to fish there.
Maybe they think the Pros have a secret way of letting the GN sharks know not to bite their troll gear ...as long as the sharks don't tell the spaniards what the secret signal is.
